Spec for nissan 350 z 2003

Hi there,

I'm going to repair the 2003 Nissan 350z's valve gaskets. If anyone has the specifications for replacing the gasket, manifold, and strut bar screws, that would be great to know. or were can I find them, got the manual but said nothing about those specs.
