Topic starter
2020 Camry 80k miles.
I was doing an oil change and spilled a little bit of oil in this area (see photo), and afterwards, I tried to blow the area free from oil. Since then, when I have the windows down, I'll smell a burning smell. Am I damaging something electrical, or is the oil just burning off a hot engine? I struggle with sense of smell, so I can't tell if it's harsh/acrid or acrid/pungent.

It probably dripped onto the hot exhaust manifold. It’ll burn off eventually
@imperator Thank you for this. Hoping it goes away sooner than later.
