Hey Scotty,
I have a 1.4 2004 Honda Jazz with 57,000 miles on it that I got as my first car. Whenever I turn the AC on, I can hear a squeaking noise coming from one of the belts. Could it be the serpentine belt that needs tightening or replacing?

It could be. Inspect the belts first. You can spray some water on them and if the noise goes away, you know that the issue is the belt. If not, you need to check the pulleys and tensioner.
