When i turn on my car it has this squel noise and it usually comes off when the warms up a bit for like 5 to 15 seconds also when i make really close left turns it make a clacking noise please let me know what the problem is and how i can fix it and it is a 1995 toyota tercel 5 speed manual tranny

Check your serpentine belt it might be worn out, as for the clanking noise when sharply turning usual for me it’s a ball joint issue check them by jacking your car up an check each tire at the 6 an 12 o’clock position tug and pull if there’s play it’s probably the ball joints, if not check your control arm bushing they’re may be worn an cracked up.
Also check your power steering fluid level, the pump and the steering box or rack, whichever.
