Hi Scotty I have a 2006 Hyundai Elantra 230000 kilometres so about a hundred forty-two thousand miles. I had the starter replaced because the car wont start anymore but now in the last month the car has been intermittently having starting issues such as clicking sounds and occasional grinding sounds before it fires up so I had to starter replaced again and I'm still having some starting issues intermittently. What could be causing this starting issues..?

Check the starter cable connections. You may have loose/corroded connections.

I would definitely double check your starter connection and make sure the mating surface between the starter and trans are clean a lot of starters ground through the body of it and if it’s corroded it will not operate correctly.  With electrical it’s important to make sure all connections are clean and tight
