stiff steering on cold start

My 2008 Honda Accord automatic 4cyl only in winter cold months my steering locks up very hard to turn when car is first started if i accelerate fast it kind of loosens up but still kind of hard. After about 5 mins its fine but ive had where it locks back up in the middle of a turn. When i turn makes a whining noise only happens during winter never in summer

Okay it's stiff and normally that means it's somewhat clogged up inside and cold weather. So watch my video fixing binding power steering Scotty. And when you do the flush when you're done and you start sucking the old stuff out, install full synthetic power steering fluid which flows better in cold weather
