Steering shakes while braking and slight pedal pulsate

My Toyota Hilux recently has steering shakes while braking at higher speeds with slight pedal pulsate. This occurs after I changed all four tires but I think it is a coincidence since it only happens when braking. However, the front left caliper spring/clip has been broken and rubbing for some time now which I only find out was the culprit after the tires are taken off and the spring/clip is broken off. Can this be warped rotors or the caliper clip causing it? Thanks!

Yes that's the classic sign of warped rotors as long as you don't have any other front end problems like Warren ball joint or tie rod that's about the only thing that can cause it to do that
