Stolen car.

Hey Scotty, I have a 2015 Chrysler 300s 102k miles. It was stolen from my complex last Sunday. Almost a week has went by and I have not heard anything but upon looking around they busted my back window and managed to climb through and still start my car even though I have both of the keys. I assume they had Locksmith scanners and reprogrammed their own key? Insurance is giving two weeks for it to be found or they’re going to total it out and pay me Blue book value. If they happen to find it this week would you take it back or would you leave it and take a loss because you don’t know what parts may have been tampered with and what drug deals may have happened?

Sorry to hear about your vehicle being stolen.

Given the overall low quality of Chrysler products that thing would likely be starting to fall apart soon anyway, let alone after being beaten half to death by a thief. I'd say your best bet would be if the car were totaled and you could look at getting something better using the insurance money.

it's the insurance company's job to restore or replace the car. If something is not right, you report it to them.

It's pointless to debate it now. Wait the week to see if it comes back, and if it does, what it looks like.
