2003 Camry. Automatic - 4 cylinder. Car tracks fine. When going over any uneven spots on pavement, the body shifts back and forth significantly. Sway bars, links and bushing look ok. Struts appear ok - had a bunch of work done replacing old suspension components that were showing wear - no change (maybe worse). Almost seems it is the anti-sway bars not transferring enough force to opposite site of vehicle to support the body. Do these sway bars wear out? Suggestions? Thanks, Steve.

Struts appear ok
struts can "look" ok , and be totally shot. How many miles on them?
Not sure - I bought the car used - it has about 250K on it.
sounds like they're done
