Would it be a good idea to sell my Camry 2024 for an older car? I like the Honda Element 2011 or the Scion XB 2015. I could sell my Camry, get one of those cars and have some money in the bank. I just dont like Sedans so would this transaction make sense? My Camry is paid off and its worth about $24k

Not really. Why did you buy a Camry in the first place if you don't like sedans? You should've leased one, then returned it when the lease is up if you don't like sedans.
Depreciation will eat you alive if you sell that thing.

That's a 14-year-old car now. Cars that old have likely passed from owner to owner several times over the years; many people don't take care of their cars.

That car is now 10 years old.
It's your money, ultimately. I would think you wouldn't just willy-nilly decide you don't like sedans anymore and opt for something else, then wind up regretting it because now it's not new enough, etc.
