What is it when you car shakes and kind of jumps while driving ? I already changed my tie rod on the left side on the front passenger side.

Well many things can do that. From Warren struts broken motor mounts, broken transmission mounts, bad drive shafts or even a transmission that's starting to go out. So generally your best to start off with a friend of Lyman specialist to check out your front hand to see if something's worn there and pray it's that and not transmission problems
