I have a 2021 Tacoma with 800 miles on it. We were planning on taking it to Florida for the winter(we live in Michigan) but the wife has decided she would rather take the old 2007 Corolla instead to keep miles off the new truck. We will probably be gone about 3 months. I plan on having my adult son come over about every 3 weeks and start the truck and drive it a few miles so the tires don't get flat spots. Anything else I should do since it will be sitting a lot. Garage is not heated.

Just leaving it parked in the garage will be fine. Maybe just connect the battery to a charger if you don't want the computers to reset while it's sitting for a few months. You really don't need to do anything special.
