I have a 1999 Infiniti QX4 (Nissan Pathfinder) with the 3.3 V6, automatic, AWD, and 169,000 miles. At the first start of the day, it runs fine. At the second start of the day (even after sitting at work for 8 hours) I get a misfire on Cylinder 4 (P0304). It will continue to misfire - with a flashing CEL - and run rough. After about 30 minutes, the misfire clears up and it runs fine, CEL stays lit but stops flashing. The previous owner changed plugs, wires, distributor, and battery less than 2,000 miles ago. I have tried to use fuel injector cleaner and premium fuel, with no effect. Any suggestions before I throw parts at it?

Clean or replace the fuel injectors.
