Hello Scotty: I love your show. I have a 2007 subaru impreza and refilled the compressor system this summer. I just noticed that the compressor cycles all the time when turned on even when in the winter time. When I came back to the guy that filled it out; he said it is normal. Called the dealer and he also said it is normal. I just feel it is not normal.

you mean A/C compressor?
Yes. I dont know why it cycles soo often even when it is hotter than the setpoint. It does controll the temperature properly but with short cycling time
