Hello,

I watched your video on the Suner Power 18w 12v solar battery trickle charger.

We have a 2009 Honda Accord that doesn't get driven very much so the battery charge will decline as normal with lower use.

I want to plug the charger into the cigarette lighter or the 12v receplecle but I noticed that this recepticle provides no power when the igniter key is off and removed.

Do you know if the charger would charge the battery if plugged into this receptecle.

Of course I could place the negative and positive clips accross the battery terminals but due to theft of the solar panel I would prefer not to.

Thank you for any information you could give me.

I have found your videos to be very informative and heplful, thank you.

George

No, not if it's not active when the ignition is off.

if the wires are long enough then just run it inside to your dash board and close the door over them
