I’ve just bought this truck and it has 230k miles on it. The only issue it has is when you takeoff from a dead stop it try’s to stall out. I can work through the sputtering on takeoff and it clears up immediately with no other problems while driving. It does this everytime from takeoff no matter if the truck is cold or it’s been driven 100 miles. There are no codes when this happens. If I do not ease into the throttle on takeoff it will flood out and not start. Could this issue be caused from a faulty EGR? Thanks in advance

There would be no OBD2 codes with a 1994 model. Did you check OBD1 codes? On a vehicle that old it could be almost anything. Check the usual suspects first, filters, spark plugs, vacuum leaks, clean the throttle body.
Have the battery and alternator tested and make sure that they're both working. Then check the fuel pump and fuel filter and see if it needs to be replaced.
