ECT Sensor Location on a 2012 Dodge Avenger?

ECT Sensor Location on a 2012 Dodge Avenger SXT (Plus?) 3.6-L V-6 DOHC 24V FFV.

139k Miles on the car, 7k miles on the engine.

The Car is "Slightly" overheating, ie it'll go up to 3/4ths then back down to 1/2 periodically. Yes the fans kick on, yes they are intermittent as they should be, no the coolant fluid doesn't burn off, no the A/C doesn't affect the scenario whether on or off, no there aren't any gurgling sounds, no the car doesn't have any hesitation/shaking/smells. The car has had the Waterpump, Radiator and Hoses as well as the Thermostat and Thermostat Housing replaced with new parts. At this point all that's left is a Gasket and the Temperature Sensor. I got the sensor since it was cheap overall but for the life of me I can't seem to find where it's at to change it out. I've tried a multitude of sites and youtubers only to be disappointed in that I always get back the 2.4L Engine or a different vehicle altogether(The Journey is the most prevalent). The diagrams I've managed to acquire only show an up close view, as such I just can't locate it. It's been a frustrating ride thus far. Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked the shop manual?

Yes, I even have that very diagram. Unfortunately I don't have the entire manual and since I'm not a mechanic this doesn't really help. I've looked all over the engine, as left is relative to a sideways mounted engine. Add in all the stuff on top of it, hoses, wires and components and I'm just plain out lost. I usually watch videos to help but this time I can't even find one for the 3.6 all of them are 2.4 which doesn't help at all. I've found a couple possibilities but I don't want to remove them just to find out I screwed up. It's better to ask and know than assume and be wrong.

Here is a different engine drawing, and photo of the sensor itself from an online part catalog.

There is more than enough info here now to find it. If you're unable then you need to seek help from somebody else.

Unfortunately I don't have the entire manual

but you do. Chuck gave you the link.

you should not be looking "all over" the engine. It's just a simple 90 degree rotation.  You may need to remove a bunch of items around the sensor first if they are in the way.Again, follow the shop manual that Chuck provided. There's probably step by step instructions.

1. No I didn't have the manual at that time. I didn't even know that was a link to follow to get it. Another site pointed it out for me which was a bit embarrassing.

2. No there wasn't step by step instructions to find it while looking at it from a full engine perspective. Just how to get to it from the position shown, ie you need to know the general location first. Not helpful to a noob which I fully admit I am.

3. I did look all over the engine however you have to keep in mind I've had multiple sets of directions given for the ECT Location. I even stated I found a few possibilities but I didn't want to yank them because I was unsure. I'd prefer to ask someone knowledgeable as it's better to ask and know than assume and be wrong.

4. Your diagram was for a 2014 3.6L V6 it's a different engine, I confirmed that with a mechanic on Jusk Ask. I appreciate the attempt though.

5. From ALL of the stuff posted, I do appreciate the help from Chuck and MM Joe! For me it's the thought that counts. But at the end of the day I still had to go through a friend on his Jusk Ask Account. With that I got info that helped and thought to pass it on to everyone else here. Maybe there will be someone else who needs this information.
