Is it a good idea to put supercharger kits and a tuner on manual transmission vehicles?

It can be done no problem. I've done thousands of supercharger installs on all kinds of cars, trucks, and SUV's. I would suggest having a professional install it and tune it rather than trying to do it yourself. It is a HUGE job.
