My 2004 Ford Expedition has two main issue with its A/C.
1. It only blows out if the defrost and back floor vents.
2. The rear ceiling vents stopped blowing and I can here the air blowing out under back right window where this appears to be a vent or speaker grill (not sure which it is).

Well you have a problem with the automatic venting system. Somehow it's stuck and normally that means either the motor has gone bad or the actuators have gone bad or the controller that ultimately tells them to open and close is gone bad. The only way you can analyze that is to pay a guy like me to hook up his fancy scan tool and do bidirectional testing. Otherwise you just guessing with very expensive parts
