In terms of reliability and for long term ownership would you get a 2023 Infiniti Qx60 or a 2023 Honda pilot? Is there a 7 seater you would recommend in terms of being reliable long term?
Nobody can tell you cause they are new cars, from experience people rather say honda.
The 9 speed ZF transmission in the Infiniti has had problems in the past. Supposedly they fixed it, but I dunno.
I’d go with the Pilot. Highlander is also an option.
Between those two I would choose the Honda Pilot, hands down. However, this is a relatively new generation and no one knows how long they will hold up. Also, the Pilot engines come with cylinder deactivation and disabling it (via the aftermarket) could potentially void future warranty claims against the powertrain.
