Hi Scotty !
I own a 2011 Suzuki Kizashi CVT in India. During my last servicing I had my horns changed as they were not blowing. I took my vehicle and on my way home I noticed the wiper blades function only at full speed. The intermittent and slow function are dead and on windshield spray, the wipers do not move. What to do as I don't want to get it fixed by my last mechanic?

First thing I would check is grounds and wiring for faults, then the wiper/washer switch and relays.
