T-SB 0004-15.
I have a 2014 Toyota Avalon,, 6 cylinder, 2wd 100k plus miles on it.
A clank /click sound from front drivers side..
Dealer says it may be T-SB 0004-15.
I have have the (Toyota Platinum) warranty .
Toyota Dealer says it won't cover it.
I reluctantly spent alot of money for the extended warranty. I'm supposedly covered to 150k miles .
ANY ADVICE? Am I stuck with the bill? Live with the Clank/click noise? Thanks!

You really have to closely read your warranty agreement to see if they are right or not. The original TSB was only for three years or 36,000 miles. If you go inline and type in TSB 0004-15, it will show you how to accomplish the repair. It looks like your just separating two pieces of metal with small prybar so they won't vibrate together and make noise. Pretty simple job.
Well, on page 3 of their brochure, there's a list "These are the items not covered". There's about a hundred items, and I bet they could say that this is one of them.
