Hi Scotty! I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road and love it, but I have noticed that it seems to have a bit of a power lag when accelerating. Looking online, it seems like several people suggest purchasing an electronic throttle controller or flashing the ECM. What would you suggest to improve the acceleration in these trucks?

I don't mess with that stuff those Toyotas are pretty well made make sure you got clean air filter and spark plugs aren't worn out they really don't have any problems per se though you might check with Toyota and see if they have any upgraded software patches for any problems they always do that stuff free when new software becomes available
