2013 Tacoma V6 77k miles automatic
I'm getting a loss in power in 3rd and 4th. It takes off good, but once it hits 3rd, it's really weak and I have to hit the gas a lot harder to get any power. The weird thing is, if I put the shifter on "4" everything is fine with no loss in power in 3rd or 4th. Transmission issue?

- Yes that is a transmission issue. That's the only thing that could happen to make it. Do it when you change that shift into four. If I were you I was just driving that way. I've seen people drive them years that way transmissions cost a fortune
