Tensioner pulley

Great videos!  I have a 2015 Lexus es350 with 95k.  I take to my local dealership for recommended 5k service. I and pretty resourceful in replacing and parts that need to be replaced. I recently replaced my serpentine belt and I checked the idler pulleys for any play. The stand alone pulley had some wobble so I ordered a new OEM.  I checked the tensioner pulley and it has a very slight movement and I want to change that out too.  I called the local dealership and I am confused by the answer I received. The tech stated idler pulley and the tensioner pulley are 2 different part number but he gave me the same part number as the one I purchased as the stand alone pulley. I YouTubed videos in tensioner pulley replacement and they all state that the tensioner pulley cannot be purchased alone. The sleeve and bearing must be pressed out but those videos were older. My long-winded question is can I order a replacement tensioner pulley and not have to press anything out?  And is it a right hand thread?  Lexus has 2 different part numbers for idler pulleys 1660431030 and 166040p011. They appear to be the same from the pictures online.

Thanks

Steve
