Hey I have a 1996 Toyota corolla if I speed and I tried to do the pewter reset and when trying to let it idle it was bouncing from one thousand thousand back downtown 1000 is this normal?

do the pewter reset
If you do it by disconnecting the battery terminals, the idle fluctuation is normal because the computer is relearning the idle.
