Buy a new one with nice, fresh, soft rubber. They don't cost that much.
It's a good idea to change the thermostat when the coolant is changed. (Or if you experience symptoms of a stuck thermostat.)
Edit: It's not clear from your post whether the thermostat you're talking about has been installed in the car since 2014 or you have it sitting on the shelf and are asking if you should install it. A moderator edited your title to indicate the latter.

so still can use it bought it 80$ 6 years ago in dealer . expensive OEM
If the gasket is soft and supple and the thermostat still works ( you can test it by putting it into hot water) I personally would do it but then again I do a lot of things that you probably shouldn't do
