Where I live (outside of the US) there's a government crackdown on that kind of shenanigans - apparently it's quite a widespread issue all around the world.

Yeah I keep wanting people I love helping the world out here show all the sleaze bags in the world so people don't deal with them

Is "Valero" a major chain of stations? I've never heard of it.
We only have big names around here. Shell, Chevron, Esso, Petro-Can, and a few Husky's.
They probably wouldn't risk any bad publicity. Could cost them $$millions$$ nation-wide.
