Hey Scotty and Forum members,
What do you guys think of Lotus cars? The Evora looks really cool and has the Toyota 3.5 V6 (same engine from a Sienna and Camry) with a supercharger slapped onto it and the Lotus Exige with the 1.8 inline 4 (same engine as the corolla, Celica gt-s, Matrix) also with a supercharger. I believe they are more interesting cars than the usual Lambos and Ferraris that are double or triple money pits.
Way better than Lambos and Ferraris in term of reliability.
I would take it over a Lamborghini or Ferrari. That engine makes it more reliable; but the rest of the car is still a Lotus and I would have extra money set aside for repairs and what not. Also, not a car I would daily drive until the wheels fall off - more of a weekend toy at best.
true since they do ride a little rough and not the most practical or comfortable option
I'd roll in a Lotus. If they are using Toyota engines, they must care about quality and longevity. Otherwise, there are other manufacturers out there.
