Excellent drivetrains and very spacious. Like riding on a cloud.

Just realize the electronics were not the best so if you can live without some of the creature comforts working you'll be just fine. If you want to keep it working 100% like new, it will cost you.

I have a 2001 Lincoln Towncar whch is like being on a clowd when cruisin down the interstate.  No car can beats its cushy and smooth ride. It has its usual problems but they are small.  Rear airbags will leak in due time but now they have after market ones which are dirt cheap and quick to replace in.  The other is the dreaded water leaks that appears onto the passenger side floor or even worse may appear on the right rear pssenger side floor. Yeah..a design flaw but the origin is in the right front cowling intake plastic ducting...RTV will seal all that..fixed.
