Thrust washer found in oil pan

Call me Unhappy.

After replacing blown head gasket, dropped oil pan and found a "slightly mangled - on one end" Thrust washer.  Is it feasible to "just" pull the cam shaft and have it checked, replace the thrush washers, AND what else?   Block milled?  Main caps replaced?

thanks

The question is how did it get mangled.

Always post your miles per the posting instructions please. This is your second reminder.

Block milling (basically complete overhaul) is probably beyond what most people would be willing to invest into a 30yo F150.
