Hi Scotty,
My car 2001 1.8L sedan Lancer 234k kms..I have noticed that if I unplug the battery for any work and replug, I can hear a ticking noise for sometime (20-30 seconds)..After that It does not happen. Is this a normal thing or something wrong?
Can you please make a YouTube video of the noise and post the link here?

From your description it could be a relay re-energizing when you re-connect the battery. Just a shot in the dark.
