Hello,
I drive a 2005 Corolla with just under 157k miles on it. I had new spark plugs installed at around 80k~90k and am thinking of changing them again. What is the best interval for changing spark plugs?

Depends on the plugs. The iridium ones are supposed to be good for 100,000 miles, but I'll never believe that.
