i just purchased 2005 lexus E330 with only 9K miles. I've asked several people about changing timing belt now but most of them said not needed. It only has 9k miles but it is 17+ years old. please recommend.

Examine the belt for cracks and discoloration. If there is any doubt in your mind, replace it.
