I recently had 2 tires replaced on my 2019 Civic after leaving AAA the tire pressure light came on. I did not have time to go back to have it checked. I checked with my tire pressure tool and the pressure was 4 psi higher than normal. Would that cause the tire pressure indicator to come on?

a diagnostic scanner would tell you the problem. You should go back to the place that installed the tires.
