So only my front right tire wears on the outside edge all my other tires don’t
I rotated my tires and the newly rotated tire wore in the same spot so that confirms it’s specifically that area
is my truck out of alignment? Could a ball joint be going bad at 147k miles? It’s a 2014 Silverado btw.

Turned out to be lower ball joints wearing out replaced them at 151k miles

Find a reputed alignment shop & have them find what’s broken/worn -

If it's only one tire, there is too much positive camber.
