Hi Scott,
I have a Toyota Camry 2004 automatic transmission with 2223004 mileage. Recently, I noticed that while accelerating, the front right tire wobbles slightly. The wobbling becomes obvious when brakes are applied at a speed of 100kph. The shaft and inner cup have been checked properly and everything seems fine but yet, the wobbling doesn't stop. What else can be checked or could be the cause of the defect experienced.

Check the tires to see if they are even or not. Also check the rotors.

rotate your wheels, and see if the problem moves with it
