Would you suggest me to buy a Honda Accord 2009 Manual with 267000 miles on it for 2200$??

Absolutely, if a professional mechanic checks it out thoroughly, and gives you the green light, before purchase.
Owing to its high mileage, I’d pay <$1500 though.
With a manual transmission, and if the engine is still healthy, those old accords can last a really long time.
