I have a 05 Cad. Escalade with a 6.0 engine. It has started to have a clicking sound. like something is sticking maybe a valve or lifter. is there a oil additive I can add to loosen up part that is sticking?

Well what you can do is get an oil flush and flush the system out using the oil flush. Then after that you change the oil and filter and pray it helped. There are millions of oil flushes out there. They all work pretty much the same way they have directions on the cans
