Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Stuck Off

Hi,

I have a 2009 Jeep Patriot, 146K mileage, 4 cyl auto. Just had some work done on it and I decided to run Blue Driver. I received code P0741. The fixes show replace torque converter or the solenoid. Is this a complicated fix? Can someone with little repair experience do? Is it something that can be lived with?

Hey if it runs okay live with it because it's often a problem internal to the torque converter requiring removal of the transmission
