Hi,

I have a 2009 Jeep Patriot, 146K mileage, 4 cyl auto. Just had some work done on it and I decided to run Blue Driver. I received code P0722. How important is it, and how to solve?

Thanks.

Clarification: Do you have a CVT transmission?

Yes, it is.

It seems your are getting multiple signal related failures. That would indicate a bigger electrical issue. Have your battery + alternator tested, and look for damaged wiring harnesses.

yeah, it's starting to sound like you have a bad electrical connection to your transmission. Inspect it your self, or take it to an auto electrical specialist.

Ok, thanks, I'll give it a try.

Hi,

I have a 2009 Jeep Patriot, 146K mileage, 4 cyl auto. Just had some work done on it and I decided to run Blue Driver. The code is P0712. Is replacing the sensor or wiring harness the best fix? Is it something a person with little to no repair experience can do? Is it an expensive fix, or can it be lived with for a few years?

Thanks.

Hi,

I have a 2009 Jeep Patriot, 146K mileage, 4 cyl auto. Just had some work done on it and I decided to run Blue Driver. I received code P0717. The fixes show multiple possibilities. Is this a complicated fix? Can someone with little repair experience do? Is it something that can be lived with?

Thanks.
