I got a 2019 grand Cherokee 5.7. And I do not have the factory towing capacity was wondering if anyone on this would know how much I can safely tow. from what I’ve seen online I can only see that the v6 only has a 3500 lbs towing cap with no factory towing package

Did you check the your owner's manual?

About 7200. It has the same engine (and probably transmission) as the Ram 1500. It’s honestly limited more by its size, weight, and wheel base. I’d probably try to keep it to under 5000, or maybe 6 for just short trips.
Anecdotally, my wife’s GC with the 5.7, we towed about 4000 with no sweat.
