- 2024 Corolla 2.0 gas engine specs 0W-8 oil. This oil is unavailable from any local sources including Toyota dealership parts dept. EBay is $20per quart - ouch! I want best engine longevity and warranty compliance.
What do you recommend?

Check your owner's manual. It will tell you what you can use temporarily. Typically states something like "If 0W-8 is not available use 0W-16* until your next oil change".
Only use the recommended viscosity as you don't want to void your warranty.
*(0W-16 is the next closest viscosity above above 0W-8)
This is all because of new CAFE standards, created by our idiot bureaucrats.
