I have a 2021 Honda Passport with 45,000 miles (purchased new). Recently my check engine light (emissions warning) came on and the Honda Dealership was unable to find any issue. After driving an additional 400 miles, the engine light came back on. My scan tool gave me the code P04F1 (evap system purge line performance) and P0441 (evaporative emission system incorrect purge flow). Recently the engine light cleared itself twice, but came on after driving 50 miles. Any idea why the engine light is fluctuating (on/off).

Honda Dealership was unable to find any issue.
I think they will when the warranty is over and you will have to pay for it.
