Hello scotty! My name is Russ. I'm seriously looking to buy a 2018 Toyota 4 Runner limited. Im beginning to notice that they are getting a little cheaper than last years models the new ones that is! Ive been watching your videos on Toyotas. The newer they are, are they getting worse? Is a 2018 good or older model?

That generation of 4Runner (2009-present) has been excellent. Any of them are fine, including 2018. Just make sure to have a trusted mechanic check it out before you buy!
FYI, in 2020 they added active drive assist (ADA) which adds more complexity (and safety), but also more things to go wrong. So, 2019 or earlier to avoid the driver assist.
