Hello Scotty I’m looking into buying a 2006 Toyota 4runner 4WD 4.7 V8 with 95k miles from a dealership. The carfax shows no accidents, but structural damage. I checked it out and it looks and drives pretty good. Do you think this truck is a good buy and will it last a long time?
I would not buy it unless your mechanic checks it and you buy it dirt cheap. Is it a salvage title?
I just won't totally trust carfax for showing no accidents so yes definitely have a mechanic check it to make sure there really were no accidents.

I had a vehicle that was rear ended with repairs covered by the other driver's insurance. When I traded the vehicle in at a dealership several years later they said carfax showed no accidents so......
No it is not a salvage title. The carfax shows no accidents. I am going to have my mechanic check it out as well.
Make sure you have the frame carefully looked at for structural rust issues before buying
