2006 Avalon 230000 miles. When pulling off feels like you're going over a rumble strip
are you trying to say that you feel vibration when you accelerate from a stop? The whole car? Just the steering wheel or pedal?

Well pray it's the CV axles one or the other or both being worn in their vibrating when you accelerate and not internals to the automatic transmission which would cost a fortune to rebuild. Any good transmission mechanically check that out with a road test and a scanner hooked up
