My 1999 Celica GT 5SFE manual sez to replace the timing belt at 60K "severe"
What is "severe" in this context?
What is the timing belt replacement interval for non-severe service?

Absolutely I would highly recommend that you do that and hopefully it’s a non-interference engine......

I'm trying to learn the timing belt change interval for non-severe service for a '99 Celica. I'm also trying to learn what "severe" service is for this car.
