Toyota Fortuner Steering Wheel Vibrate and wiggle

Hi Loyd Arroyo here from the Philippines. Toyota Fortuner 2016 model at 130k odometer with M/T. My car's steering wheel vibrates at 60 kph and it gets more pronounced as I accelerate even more also my car always veers to the right its as if the right side wheels of the car wobbles especially when I'm on slightly bumpy roads but when I'm on highways it's very smooth thought it still veers to the right. And I'm suspecting my wheel bearings because I've already changed all my front suspension components upper and lower ball joints and bushing, also the rack end and tie rod end, even got my rack and pinion bushing replaced but it doesn't make any noise, should I change my front right wheel bearing? Because I really feel the wiggling from the right front end of my car.

You say you have changed your suspension components, what about your struts?

Last time I got it checked my mechanic said it was in good condition

Strut mounts can cause the issue your talking about. With 130k miles its a possibility.

Ok sir I'll get it checked again. Thank youu sir!!

NP, hitting that stone could have crushed the plastic around the bearing in the strut mount, ( its the piece that sits on top the coil and mounts to the tower) or damaged your wheel bearing, or bent the rim. One quick check you could do is switch the front and rear tires. See if it changes as well if the rim is bent.

Has the vehicle ever been in any accidents?

How old are your tyres? Are they all properly balanced? Are they wearing evenly?

When was the last time you had it aligned by a reputed shop?

Just got it aligned when I got my rack and pinion bushings replaced. Yes the tires are all good.

Yes I bumped into a lump of stone thats why I got all my suspension parts replaced

Ah okay, check for play in the right front at both 12 & 6 o’clock positions and 9 & 3 o’clock positions. If you find play in all directions, it’s the wheel bearing. Keep us posted.

Will try it sir. Hope I find what's the real problem it's been already 10 months since I've been trying to fix my car

Has it gotten better, worse or remained the same, all this while?

Hmm, was wondering if your RF brake is dragging or if you need to swap the rear tires for the fronts. I remember a scotty video on it, check the ones below.

I replaced 2 of my damaged mags and replaced all 4 tires sir thats why I doubt it's the tires that's causing the problem
