Did I ruin my brand new Toyota Gr Yaris?

Hi. Sorry to bother you. I wonder if you can help me. I have an almost new High performance Toyota Gr yaris Circuit pack over here in Europe. I started it up on a warmish summer day 20 degrees, with around 1000 miles from new. The car had been idling in the drive for approx 1 minute then driven gently for approximately another 1 min and the temp warning not to rev high was still on the screen, so probably 30 degree ish engine oil temp. I was going onto a roundabout and mistimed it and had to excellerate from standing start to almost redline in 1st gear then hard in 2nd gear to get out of the way of a fast moving car already on the roundabout. This only lasted about 3 seconds. I keep thinking that the engine has a different sound after this. A little tappy. Don't know if I am imagining it or not. Do you think I will have caused any damage with this erratic act? Any advice is greatly appreciated. I intend to keep the car for the long term but if there is a chance of damage this will effect how long I keep it. Although in my country the Toyota has a 5 year warranty with possible 10 year relax warranty provide you keep up the dealers servicing for that time on schedule. Do you think I will have done any damage? I am at 3000 miles now. Do you think an oil and filter change earlier than the manufacturers 6000 mile schedule would be beneficial? Thanks for any advice. Its greatly appreciated.

Sure change the oil but with that lower mileage it shouldn't have damaged anything

Hi Scotty, thanks a lot for the reply. I was just worried about extremely high revs when the engine oil was still cold causing a lot of wear or damage. But that's reassuring to hear that it will be fine. Its quite a little car btw. Grips the road like nothing else I have ever had. Unfortunately America doesn't get the Gr Yaris but the rumours are that you guys will be getting the rumoured Gr Corolla. All the best And thanks again.
